Lunch Time Just Got Better!

Take 15 or 30 minutes out of your day. This session will take a pause at the 15 minute mark to allow people to leave or join. 


We know things come up and sometimes our schedules get jam packed. Work in 15-30 minutes to reset, relax, and energize.
